| :: How does it work? |
| 1) First consultation Before placing an order, every customer gets a personal consultation with one of our designers on the phone or per Email. We will recommend you to go through our web gallery first, and to decide on roughly what you would like to have. It is much easier to design the design once you see some examples. 2) Agreement Once you accept our offer, we will send you an invoice per Email and an appointment date. 3) Payment We only accept advance payment per wire transfer or PayPal. We strongly recommend our customers to send in their object 2 days prior to the given appointment date. 4) Production (2 - 5 days) The item will be assigned to a designer and it will be ready within 5 working days. 5) Shipping of your object The customised item will be sent back to you per UPS, USPS depending on what service you choose (9 Euro in Germany,
for other countries, please email us for a quote). You will also receive
a black velour bag, spare crystals, special crystal adhesive and rosewood
stick. |
| :: Can you do „express“ service? |
| We can return your crystallised item within 48 hours and it can be sent back to you by UPS Express. It carries 50% surcharge. |
| :: How can I decide the designs? Do you have any tips? |
We always recommend you to visit our online gallery
first. May be you will find a perfect design for you. There is no
problem to make adjustments to existing designs. Please consider the
following points before contacting us for more consultation.

| :: How do you calculate the price? |
| The following affects the price: size of crystals, extent of hand-painting, exclusiveness of Swarovski crystals (this can make 10-30 Euro difference). If you want us to draft a new exclusive design, it will also cost extra. |

| :: Do crystals last long? |
Because of the recent update of our glue to an industrial grade, crystals do last for a very long time! Should you ever wish to remove the crystals, we advise you to change the cover completely because they would not come off. In case they fall off or break, you can either quickly repair them by yourself (you get a repair kit) or send it back to us for a repair. You have one year guarantee on our craftsmanship. However, it is very important for you to treat the crystallised object
with some respect! Avoid throwing it into a bag without any protection
bag where it will be rubbed strongly against your keys or other hard
objects! Carry them in a velour bag which came with your gadget at
all time! This way you can enjoy it for almost ever! |

| Yes! We will do our best to find out the best price in the market. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to offer the lowest price in the market. |

Although Bling My Thing are recognized as experts in
the field of crystal customization, there's no reason why you shouldn't
have some fun by adding our high quality crystals to your items.

| At Bling My Thing, we know that our clients expect the best. That's why we work exclusively with Swarovski 2028 Xilion Rose crystal – considered by those in the know to be the finest quality, full-lead crystal made today. Each crystal contains a minimum of 32%PbO, making it optically very pure. The crystals are also faceted with tremendous precision, creating beautiful prisms. Brilliant colours and/or coatings are added to these crystals to create pendants, stones and beads of dazzling beauty and tremendous variety.
